Based in Seattle, Palm Springs, New York, Brooklyn, Kyoto, Sydney, Toronto and Athens. Our team needed evergreen assets to focus on each hotel that pays tribute to the places and communities that bring the hotels to life. The 120-room hotel’s design is influenced by Greek modernism’s naturalist bent and the classic charm of ’70s coastal resorts. The in-house team at Atelier Ace designed a system to reflect the coast, the history and the modernist roots of the place and its surroundings.
